    Measure under arms at the fullest part of your chest. Keep your tape measure level with the floor.

    2. Arm length

    Let your arm hang straight down, and measure from the shoulder point to your wrist.

    3. Waist

    Measure around the smallest part of the waistline, keeping the tape measure comfortably loose.

    4. Hips

    Measure the fullest part of your hip, above your thighs, standing with your feet together.

    5. Inseam

    Measure from the inner thigh to the bottom of your ankle.

    Composition: 100% Virgin Merino wool

    Weight: Light, 160 g/m²

    Made from double 160 GSM (grams per square meter), this garment is a warmer version of our lightweight multifunctional Merino wool apparel. Designed for colder weather conditions, the midweight style has all the same natural qualities with greater thermal insulation. This model resists odor naturally and can be worn for days without washing.
     Machine wash at 30 °C on a gentle cycle and with similar colors. Do not tumble dry and make sure that when ironing you use a low temperature. Never use bleaches or softeners, and never dry the piece in direct sunlight. We recommend air-drying to extend the life of each product.

      Really love Menique headbands , I have almost every color. They work great both as an everyday style accessory and for sports. I wear them in all seasons. My facial skin is quite sensitive, but this wool doesnt itch which is why I love these headbands so much. They offer a great balance of quality and price. Another nice detail is that headbands can be worn on both sides- with the seam on the inside or on the outside.

      Good headband. My head is 55cm in circumference, so it fits perfectly, neither too tight nor too loose. Can be worn both ways, with seam on outside or inside, and it can also be folded to make it narrower. Good value for money👏

      Im fan of Menique – merino wool is something unreal.❤️ Headband is my neww favorite. I wear it both while working out and in my free time with jeans, sinco it looks super stylish and trendy. And the best part that it keeps my earss warm that I don’t even need a hat anymore! NO BAD HAIRS :D

      This is the second time I have purchased from Menique. I love the lightweight quality wool and I wear them as a small gaiter for warmth then headband if needed. The small size is easy to keep in pocket or a purse. They wash well and generally let them air dry. My husband is now wearing them when out on the water in cold weather. I have even given them as gifts. They are a small luxury and love the color selection. I do recommend them. I’m next considering the scarf!

      I am in New Jersey and sometimes it goes below -15 deg Celsius and it's not keeping me cool as I thought it would be. 5-15 Deg C - it works well.

      Merino wool is soft and doesn't itch like other headbands. The packing was good and
