For gifts purchased between November 15 and December 22, we will gladly process a refund or exchange until January 31. Gift purchases made after December 22 will be subject to our standard online return and exchange policies.
Our goal is to make you happy with your purchase. However, if something doesn’t fit – perhaps it is a little too big or too small – orders are eligible for FREE 30-day returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Once we have received the returned item and are satisfied with its condition, we will gladly refund the amount you paid or exchange the item for a different size or color.
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
Apparel that shows obvious signs of use or has been washed.
Apparel without original tags and packaging.
Underwear items.
Customized garments.
Exchanged items.
We reserve the rights to refuse a refund or exchange of any item that is deemed to have been damaged, washed, or soiled.
