Processing Time
Orders are packed and shipped on business days, Monday to Friday. Most items are in stock and ship within 24 hours after payment is received. Some items are made-to-order and require additional time. Please refer to the product status on the product page for specifics.
While we strive for timely delivery, the shipping durations provided are estimates only. External factors such as postal service delays may extend delivery times, and shipping times do not include processing time.
Attention: If you order multiple items, they will be combined into a single package. If you prefer separate parcels, please contact us beforehand.
Linen Products
In our commitment to sustainability, some of our menique Linen clothes are made to order unless stated otherwise. Each piece is hand-cut and sewn by experienced seamstresses to reduce fabric waste. This quality craftsmanship requires time, so please be mindful of this when ordering.
Lead time: Up to 2 weeks.
Tracking Your Order
We provide shipping options which include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information and an estimated arrival date. You can track your package throughout the transit using the link provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
